HA-OL medium intensity Obstruction Lights by Holland Aviation: Ensuring Safe Airspace Navigation
Medium-intensity obstruction lighting is used to mark objects with a height of approximately 45
to 150 meters that pose a potential risk to air traffic. The lighting provides timely warning to pilots
and contributes to safe aviation operations.
The system is lightweight and equipped with a junction box containing an integrated power
supply, simplifying installation. The lighting supports automatic switching between day and night
operation and enables synchronous operation of multiple lights, ensuring uniform and reliable
obstacle marking.
Available in three distinct types, the HA-OL medium intensity caters to diverse operational needs:
Type A: White flashing 20.000cd (day), 2.000Cd (night), 20-60FPM
White flashing obstruction light for use during daytime, twilight, and nighttime with automatic
switching between day and night operation.
Type B: Red flashing 2000Cd (night), 20-60FPM
Red flashing obstruction light for use during nighttime conditions that can be combined with
Type A, in which case this configuration is designated as Type AB and automatically switches
between day and night operation.
Type C: Red fixed 2000Cd (night)
Steady-burning red obstruction light for use during nighttime conditions that can be combined
with Type A, in which case this configuration is designated as Type AC and automatically
switches between day and night operation.
