You can buy smaller products without a quote. You can buy them directly in our webshop. For larger products such as a portable light or a windsock assembly, a quote must be requested.

My product was not delivered properly or broken

If the product arrives damaged or is not delivered correctly, please report it to us within 5 days via info@hollandaviation.com. Return the item in its original packaging with the completed return form enclosed.

Did the product break after a few weeks?

If you used the product as intended and it has malfunctioned, please send an email to info@hollandaviation.com so that we can assist you to the best of our ability.

Is it possible to return my item?

Return shipments can be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How can I initiate a product return?

Return shipments are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Before proceeding with the return, please request an RMA number from Holland Aviation.

When packing the return, ensure that the return form and the product (in its original packaging) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
