Do I have to request a quote?
You can buy smaller products without a quote. For larger products such as a p5 or windsock mast, a quote must be requested

 

What is the delivery time?
This varies per product. Some products are in stock and then the delivery time is a lot shorter. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time may be a lot longer.

 

Can I change orders that I have already placed?
That depends on what you ordered and when you ordered it. It is best to contact us by sending an email to: info@hollandaviation.com or by calling: +31 (0) 113 613 467

 

Can I order privately?
That is certainly possible. Then it depends on which products you want to order or whether you have to request a quote or can order directly via the webshop.

 

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for small products vary per country.
You can find the prices here
Larger or heavier products for which a quotation must be requested, the shipping costs can be very different.

My product was not delivered properly or broken
If the product is not delivered properly or broken, you have 5 days to report this to us via: info@hollandaviation.com and return it with our return form filled in in the box.

 

Product broke after a few weeks?
If you have used the product correctly as intended, you must send an email to info@hollandaviation.com so that we can help you as well as possible.

 

Can I return my item?
Return shipments can be made up to 30 days after delivery.

We include a return form with our orders. HERE are all instructions for returning an item.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email that we have received your returned items and with their warranty type.

 

How do I return an item?
Return shipments can be made up to 30 days after delivery.
Before returning, ask Holland Aviation for an RMA number.
Pack the return form and product (in original packaging) in a way that damage is avoided.
