Holland Aviation is, constructing this from an Exel ICAO mast made of Glass Fiber Composite. And on top of the special design HA windsock assy. made of T50 aluminium
This installation is available in the FAA as well as ICAO-Style.
We have this installation unlighted, externally, internally and double lighted.

The Colours red/white (ICAO) as well as orange (FAA), double-stitched with a reinforced front hem and grommets. The Holland Aviation windsocks are designed so that they taper from the throat to the trailing end. As a result of this, the windsock is fully extending when you are exposing it to a wind of 15 knots (is equal to 28 km/hr or 17 mph).
The HA windsock sleeves are proving to withstand wind speeds in excess of 145km/h (75 knots). The windsock fabrics have been tested for mechanical strength, UV resistance and color fastness by an independent laboratory.
